New KASB Enrollment Projection Report releasedScott Rothschild
Student enrollment in Kansas is expected to top 500,000 next school year, but drop slightly in succeeding years, according to KASB’s 2017-18 Enrollment Projection Report.
The report provides statewide, regional and district level projections of student enrollment. The report also provides enrollment projections by grade level, lunch status and based on district size.
Total enrollment is expected to increase next school year by 0.4 percent to 500,481, but then decline over the next four years to 496,593 in the 2022-23 school year.
