Subcontractor bids will be received for the following Scopes of Work:
Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Carpentry, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Joint Sealants, Glazing, Drywall, Tile, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Casework, Gymnasium Equipment, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning, Earthwork & Site Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Landscaping
Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on February 6, 2018.
All bidders must be approved to bid on this project by completion of information through JE Dunn’s Subcontractor Management System (SMS) and prequalification process. The link to the SMS website is http://sms.jedunn.com.

Approved Subcontractors will be provided an INVITATION TO BID that will provide information on obtaining bidding documents, date and location of pre-bid conference, bid location, and other instructions.

The project involves the demolition of existing structure, construction of new 18×30 concessions stand, with a project budget of $150,000.
All firms are required to submit a statement of qualifications which shall include, but not be limited to: similar project experience; experience in this type of project delivery system; references from design professionals and owners from previous projects; description of the construction manager or general contractor’s project management approach; and bonding capacity. Firms submitting a statement of qualifications shall be capable of providing a public works bond in accordance with K.S.A. 60-111, and amendments thereto, and shall present evidence of such bonding capacity to the Board with their statements or qualifications. If a firm fails to present such evidence, such firm shall be deemed unqualified for selection under this subsection.
