Numerous K-12 issues to be reviewed during KASB Advocacy update on FridayScott Rothschild
The KASB Advocacy staff will conduct an online session at noon Friday (July 10) to review and discuss numerous public school issues facing state education leaders.
Kansas’ school reopening recommendations, Gov. Laura Kelly’s plan to avoid K-12 cuts, the state fiscal picture, recent U.S. Supreme Court decision on religious school funding, upcoming primaries and more will be covered during the update.
The meeting will be held online via Zoom. There is no registration fee, but pre-registration is required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. The advocacy session is available to all who receive the KASB News Briefs, including board members, educators, advocates and media.
