Business Operations Leadership Development A BOLD new project from KASB's Leadership Services! Develop the knowledge and leadership skills you need to build consensus with the board and community for plans and decisions. Applications are now being sought for the third cohort class of KASB's newest leadership development program: Business Operations Leadership Development (BOLD). The program is in its third year. The program focuses on enhancing skills and knowledge around the following topics: Building and facilities master planning; Technology planning; Finance strategies and planning; Procurement processes; School security; Risk management; and Human resource management. Dr. Brian Jordan KASB Deputy Director/ Leadership Services Email Brian Brian began his career as a teacher at Washburn Rural High School. He then moved on to teach and serve as an administrator at North Heights High School in Allen, Kansas. Most recently he has served a principal, director and assistant superintendent in Emporia Public Schools here in Kansas. At KASB, Brian has responsibilities for training in the areas of evaluation, managing change and board development. He was named KASB Deputy Director in March 2019. Brian received his bachelor's degree from Kansas State University, and his master's degree at Emporia State University, and completed...

KASB Search Placments KASB continues to be a leader in leadership searches and placements in Kansas. Over the past 27 years, KASB has completed searches in nearly 70 percent of the districts belonging to KASB - with repeat searches with nearly all of them! Searches have been completed for districts all across Kansas - large and small! KASB Leadership Services staff are experienced school leaders.
