A BOLD new project from KASB's Leadership Services!
Develop the knowledge and leadership skills you need to build consensus with the board and community for plans and decisions.
Twenty aspiring superintendents and beginning superintendents (within the first two years of role as a superintendent of schools) were selected in September 2017 to participate in KASB's new Business Operations Leadership Development.
The program focuses on enhancing skills and knowledge around the following topics.

- Technology planning;
- Finance strategies and planning;
- Procurement processes;
