Vendor FAQs

    • Cancellations received in writing by email or mail 45 days prior to the meeting dates will receive a refund less 50% of the Vendor table fee.
    • If you cancel less than 45 days prior to the conference (October 2, 2024), your entire Vendor fee will be forfeited.
    • KASB reserves the right to deny exhibit space to companies with overdue account balances with KASB.
    • If cancellation of our Convention is necessary, KASB will provide full refunds.

     

    Invoices will be sent within two weeks of receipt of the contract. Please contact Amanda Rollenhagen with any questions about invoices, payments, or cancellations.

  • KASB Annual Convention will take place Friday, Nov. 15 through Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024. The convention is held at the Hyatt Regency Wichita, with the tradeshow in the Century II Bob Brown Expo Hall. The trade show will be Saturday, November 16 from noon – 6:00 pm. 

  • Each year, more than 600 school leaders attend KASB Convention, including school board members, superintendents, business administrators, and more!

  • Vendors and sponsors may access the exhibit space starting at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 16. Doors open for attendees at noon. 

  • Attendees have dedicated time on Saturday from 12:00 p.m – 6:00 p.m. to attend the show. The doors open at noon. Tradeshow happy hour runs from 3:00-5:00 p.m. 

  • Vendors will have one 10’X10’ booth with:

    • 8’ backdrop drapes (blue)
    • Two 3’ side drapes (blue)
    • 7” X 44” booth identification sign.
    • Two folding chairs
    • One 6’ table (dressed-black)
    • One trash can
    • Listing in the official convention program

  • Booth pricing does NOT include: carpet, drayage, electricity, AV equipment, food, or parking.

    Order forms will be available in the Vendor Decorator Kit to be sent August 23, 2024. 

  • Using the Expo Pass lead retieval app is not required, but it has the potental to increase the value you gain from the trade show.
