Vendor FAQs

    • Cancellations received in writing by email or mail 45 days prior to the meeting dates will receive a refund less 50% of the Vendor table fee.
    • If you cancel less than 45 days prior to the conference (September 30, 2025), your entire Vendor fee will be forfeited.
    • KASB reserves the right to deny exhibit space to companies with overdue account balances with KASB.
    • If cancellation of our Convention is necessary, KASB will provide full refunds.

     

    Invoices will be sent within two weeks of receipt of the contract. Please contact Amanda Rollenhagen with any questions about invoices, payments, or cancellations.

  • KASB Annual Convention will take place Friday, Nov. 14 through Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025. The convention is held at the Hyatt Regency Wichita, with the trade show in the Century II Bob Brown Expo Hall. The trade show will be Friday, November 14 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. 

  • The financial decision makers for Kansas school districts are our school boards!

    Each year, more than 200 school districts and 600 school leaders attend KASB Convention, including school board members, superintendents, business administrators, and more! 

  • Vendors and sponsors may access the exhibit space starting at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, November 14. Doors open for attendees at 3:00 p.m. 

  • Attendees have dedicated time on Friday from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. to attend the show.  Trade show happy hour runs from 3:00-6:00 p.m. 

  • Vendors will have one 10’X10’ booth with:

    • 8’ backdrop drapes (blue)
    • Two 3’ side drapes (blue)
    • 7” X 44” booth identification sign.
    • Two folding chairs
    • One 6’ table (dressed-black)
    • One trash can
    • Listing in the official convention program

    Sponsorship buy up may change the booth dimensions. 

  • Booth pricing does NOT include: carpet, drayage, electricity, AV equipment, food, or parking.

    Order forms will be available in the Vendor Decorator Kit to be sent August 25, 2025. 

  • Using the Expo Pass lead retrieval app is not required, but it is highly recommended. Expo Pass allows you to share information about your company, collect leads, and keep a list of contacts you met at the convention.
