KASB Names Second Class of BOLD 2.0 Cohort

We are pleased to announce the district leaders selected to participate in the second class of Business Operations Leadership Development (BOLD) 2.0, a prestigious cohort designed for graduates of the BOLD program. The BOLD 2.0 program is designed to build upon and enhance the skills and knowledge of select topics from the initial BOLD curriculum, including but not limited to building and facilities master planning, technology planning, finance strategies and planning, procurement processes, school security, risk management and human resource management.
Unlike the core BOLD training, the BOLD 2.0 program will tap into the skills and interests specific to the 2.0 participants. Sessions scheduled at locations throughout the state will be customized by KASB staff and partners according to participant feedback.
"We are thrilled to continue to offer this opportunity to our BOLD graduates," said Dr. Britton Hart, Assistant Executive Director of Leadership at KASB. "This program enables participants to further develop their leadership skills and gain knowledge in specific areas based on their interests and needs. We look forward to partnering with our graduates and helping them achieve their professional goals."
Selected participants will have the opportunity to identify specific operations topics of their interest, providing them with a unique and personalized experience. The BOLD 2.0 program will equip participants with the tools and strategies necessary to excel in their roles and thrive in their school districts.
