Meet Chris Cooper
KASB Human Resources Services is led by Chris Cooper, an experienced educator and district leader with more than 30 years in public education.
Throughout his career, Cooper has served as a teacher, building administrator and district leader. He holds a master's degree in educational leadership and is widely recognized for his work in school improvement, strategic planning and data-informed decision-making.
Cooper has partnered with schools across multiple states to strengthen educational practices and improve outcomes. He is an experienced trainer, coach and presenter who has worked with more than 25 schools in the past year alone through professional learning and implementation support.
His practical approach and extensive experience help districts identify challenges, evaluate options and move forward with confidence.
