Delegate Assembly

 

The Delegate Assembly is KASB's annual business meeting where district delegates vote on key decisions for the Association. This year’s assembly will take place on Saturday, Nov. 16 during the KASB Convention in Wichita.

Delegates will be voting on several important items, including:

  1. 2024 KASB Constitutional Amendments
  2. Proposed 2025 Legislative Priorities
  3. President-Elect Candidate

If you haven’t already, please appoint your district's voting delegate by Friday, Nov. 8 on the member portal.

 

 

2024 KASB Constitutional Amendments

These amendments propose a new process for vetting and nominating the President-Elect Designee and include general updates to align the Constitution with current practices. See the outlined changes here or visit our constitutional amendement webpage for more information.

Proposed 2025 Legislative Priorities

Review the 2025 Legislative Committee Report, which outlines the proposed legislative priorities to guide KASB's lobbying efforts in Topeka and Washington, D.C. Please discuss these policies at your next board meeting.
